Reflecting on where I’m at from St Michael’s churchyard in Fobbing, Essex, on Saturday 27 March 2021.

Performance artist, playwright, event director and life model.

My most recent performances are ‘From the 7th Layer’; an esoteric enquiry monologue where I engage with the stories of my Mother and Grandfather’s origins as well as explore the nature of embodiment; and ‘Bromelia Bohemia’; a quirky tale of a woman growing up in Victorian London and her house plant. The woman is based on an ancestor, mixed with my imagination.

In 2010 I founded Spirited Bodies to provide a platform for people, especially womxn to try life modelling in a safe environment, and gain a new sense of bodily freedom and self acceptance.

I love dancing and being in my body! I love being outdoors in wild places (and cold water) with expansive landscapes. Travelling inspires me and learning about places and people.
